Kodiak: the next level of leadership development

Kodiak Challenge is designed to be an adventure that pushes your boundaries. It has its underpinnings in the application of the leadership skills learned in Introduction to Leadership Skills for Crews, NYLT, and/or NAYLE.
It is an adventure with a purpose.
Kodiak Challenge treks will be determined by the participants. However, Kodiak Challenge is not about the trek; it is about leadership skills.
