THE EMPOWERED LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
SEMINAR
Participants are broken into small groups of 8-12. The formed groups spend the seminar day together and participate in all 5 sessions. If different schools participate on the same day, the option is open to intermixing the schools when establishing the small groups. Schools are kept together for the outdoor experiences.

C.O.P.E.
Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience (C.O.P.E.) is a program designed to challenge the mental and physical aspects of a person in both individual and group settings. C.O.P.E uses games, events, and unique activities to build characteristics such as leadership, self-esteem, decision making, communication, trust and teamwork. C.O.P.E. is set up in progressive steps that are supported and carried out by a trained professional staff.

C.O.P.E. : By giving an alternative hands on team and individual growth experience, youth members have an opportunity to put their leadership skills to practical use.  C.O.P.E. is borken down into two phases of challenges.empowered

SCHEDULING
Empowered Leadership is available on the third Thursday of every month with the exception of September. Special reservations can be made with one-month advance notice. Most requests are workable with advance notice.
C.O.P.E is available for reservation on the last Thursday of each month, August through May. Special reservations can be made with one-month advance notice. Most requests are workable with advance notice.

* Fees are measured at a per participant rate. Each package automatically starts off with the basic Empowered Leadership seminar. All additional options are added. All packages options includes materials and registration fees.
