FleurDeLis Welcome to the Community Service Page!
This should be your "one stop shop" for all your Community Service needs.

Chippewa Valley Council Scouting for Food
Scouting for Food will take place on Saturday, April 1 and Saturday, April 8, 2017. Packs, Troops, Crews and Scouters are encouraged to participate by distributing door hangers on April 1st in their community or neighborhood and then picking up food on April 8th and taking it to a food pantry of their choosing. Door hangers will be available for pick up at the March District Roundtables, at the Scout Service Center in Eau Claire, or from your District Executive. This is one of Scouting's largest service projects, and a great way to let people know about the good things Scouts are doing in our communities!

Service Projects and Journey to Excellence
For 2017 Journey To Excellence requirements, Packs need 3 service projects to achieve Silver; to achieve Gold, one project needs to be a conservation project and all must be entered into the JTE website (Service Hours Website).  Troops need to have 5 projects for Gold with all projects entered on the website.

Save yourself some time and hassle and begin logging your community service hours now; don’t wait until December 2017!  Contact your District Executive for your log on and find the link on this page to enter projects now.
